"The people elect a congressman to act for them on all issues.  The core values of an elected official will dictate voting practices and certainly should be known by the voting public.  Any decisions made in the legislative process will be guided by these principles.  This is important when an issue comes down to what is legal, moral or ethical.  My main objectives are to address the issues that affect my constituents and be personally accessible and accountable to the citizens who elected me."

  • Legislation to prohibit the distribution of sexually explicit or violent video games to under aged children

  • Legislation for protection of unborn victims

  • Legislation to require voter identification

     David has the experience of running a business and presently assists his wife’s retail business, “Barb’s on Mulberry”, in Montgomery.  It is important to him to maintain a healthy home environment and civic responsibility.

     David is an active member in the community where he volunteers and serves on many committees of organizations.  He is an active member of several neighborhood associations in his district.  His record is established as being and continues to be readily available to the people to responsibly meet their needs.
